Parents can communicate with staff to help each child have a great experience. Parents receive weekly highlight emails with an activity schedule and special reminders. Each week, different fun opportunities will come to our camps, including animal shows and special guests, ready and waiting to visit our campers.īeing part of our summer day camp program goes beyond silly songs and games. There will be organized events and large group games outside the regular open programming periods. Not only will they get to follow their own interests, but they’ll make their own path throughout the summer. Our camp day is built on an open programming model where campers will experience daily opportunities to select which games, crafts, or activities they participate in. We hope you and your family will join us and help make it their best summer ever. Summer Camp seems far off, but it will be here before you know it. You can depend on the Y to ensure camp is well supervised. All staff are thoroughly screened and background checked and receive training in first aid, CPR, safety and child abuse prevention, character building, and program implementation. We work hard to hire staff of the highest integrity personal and spiritual maturity, and are enthusiastic about camp. Great care goes into creating a fun and safe environment.
